ABOUT US

Jerry Musheno, J.D., R.Ph., graduated with a BA English from the University of Scranton and from Temple University School of Pharmacy and Temple University Beasley School of Law. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Wilkes University Nesbitt School of Pharmacy, where he has taught Pharmacy Law since 1998.  He has also taught numerous MPJE® review courses for both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He is a member of the American Society for Pharmacy Law, the American Health Lawyers’ Association, the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association, the Pennsylvania Society of Health System Pharmacists, and the Food and Drug Law Institute. Atty. Musheno is licensed to practice law in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Prior to entering law school, Atty. Musheno owned and operated a pharmacy for over 12 years.  His experience includes industrial, hospital, and chain pharmacy experience as well.
